COME VISIT THIS UNIQUE "TIANGGE" OF IDEAS!
Come and see how innovative ideas and partnership building can make
local governance more responsive, efficient, transparent, and accountable.
Come to Panibagong Paraan 2008 on April 9 and 10, 2008 at the Megatrade Halls
of SM Megamall, 5th Level.
We call it a development marketplace and it is open to the public.
Admission is free. Registration starts at 10 am on April 9. Chief Justice (Ret.)
Artemio Panganiban will keynote the opening.
The two-day event is an exciting mix of booths and activities
showcasing the project proposals of 99 Panibagong Paraan finalists. A distinguished
panel of jurors will select around 30 projects which will get a grant of up to
P1 million pesos from Panibagong Paraan partners: AusAID-PACAP, CIDA, Peace and
Equity Foundation, The Asia Foundation, USAID, British Embassy, Philippine
Center for Population and Development, Team Energy Foundation, and the World Bank.
